Over 200 filmmakers, producers, and exhibitors have signed up for a day of short films, workshops, panel discussions and networking!

We're excited to be bringing together key partners from across the sector for the benefit of the filmmaking and exhibition industries. CFF industry day is about providing an opportunity for filmmakers and professionals to create new relationships and learn new skills. You can read all about CFF Industry Day and our other film education work on the Festival website.

As well as Industry activity, today is the day for EPIC cinema at CFF41, tonight's Gala screening is Marie Kreutzer's CORSAGE with a phenomenal portrayal of the rebellious Empress Elisabeth ‘Sisi’ of Austria from Vicky Krieps.

Alongside Corsage is maverick Catalan director Albert Serra's political thriller (or anti-thriller as Serra describes it) PACIFICTION, considered Serra's most accessible film to date PACIFICTION has been described by IndieWire as "one of the great experiences in cinema."
