Subject: "A Film I Love..." Angellica Bell - The Terminator!

“A Film I Love...”
The second season of PAY WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD film events.
Angellica Bell
Following the huge success of the first season of "A Film I Love..." we're thrilled to be bringing two more special guests to Cambridge. Introducing films they love and explaining why they mean so much to them.
First up on Monday July 29th we will be welcoming television and radio presenter Angellica Bell to Cambridge Arts Picturehouse to present her "A Film I Love..."

Angellica has chosen legendary sci-fi classic THE TERMINATOR and will introduce the film and explain why she loves it.

"The film has it all; time travelling cyborgs, classic lines and the kick-ass heroine Sarah Connor. It's no surprise this spawned a franchise (including the arguably superior T2: Judgment Day) but for me, considering its low budget and genuinely terrifying tone, the original stands on its own as a game-changer in the World of big screen blockbusters."
The film that launched one of cinema's most famous franchises, THE TERMINATOR sees a cyborg assassin known as a Terminator travel from 2029 to 1984 to kill Sarah Connor.
Sent to protect Sarah is Kyle Reese, who divulges the coming of Skynet, an artificial intelligence system that will spark a nuclear holocaust. Sarah is targeted because Skynet knows that her unborn son will lead the fight against them.
With the virtually unstoppable Terminator in hot pursuit, she and Kyle attempt to escape.
