Today in this class we worked thought one of the most versatile blocker clearing processes which is called Sub Personality Negotiation. Unlike the Past Perception Revision process which transforms your reactions in a particular situation the Sub Personality Negotiation process allows you to make changes in multiple areas of your life and not just situational.

Thank you to Rose Ann for volunteering for a live demonstration of Sub-Personality Negotiation (SPN). For those of you who are new to this work I wanted to tell you that most SPN are not as challenging, but with this example you will be prepared for false True Selves to pop up and how to handle Sub-Personalities who interfere in the process.
