Petricci Residence | Perugia Area

The Petricci Residence is a beautiful estate surrounded by green hills and oak forests overlooking the Tiber Valley. It is situated along the border between Tuscany and Umbria, midway between Città di Castello and Umbertide. Ideal for large groups, or the whole family, the estate consists of a main villa divided into four apartments. These are Casa Terza, Casa Riciarda, Casa Beronia and Casa Ellera, alongside two separate cottages, Casa Giralda and Casa Terina.
