Are you experiencing sharp pain in the hip, thigh, and groin while doing particular activities such as sitting in or out of the chair and doing squats?

If you experience hip pain and notice a decrease in the hip’s range of motion. The reason for your pain could be Hip Impingement also known as femoro-acetabular impingement. Anyone can have hip impingement, though it is often diagnosed in active people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s.
Symptoms of Hip Impingement:
- Dull pain and stiffness in the hip, thigh, groin with or without back pain.
- Difficulty performing routine tasks such as putting on shoes
- Difficulty walking uphill,
- Sharp pain in the hip,thigh and groin when squatting, turning, twisting
