Erebus Capital Corp is currently a shell corporation. Which means that it's corporation without active business operations or significant assets. It's essentially an empty company, whose focus is to identify and evaluate assets and businesses with a view of completing an acquisition.
So while there's no assets in the company today, the reliance is on the directors experience, expertise and relationships, to seek out an acquisition for the shell company.
The current director - Colin Bowkett:
Colin has more than 20 years of business development, financial and capital markets experience, and is founder and partner of Venturewerx, a Vancouver-based boutique venture capital firm that provides funding and advisory services to early-stage companies. He has raised over $100 million for new and early-stage opportunities in recent years, and currently serves on the Board or in advisory positions with various private and public entities.
Paul Andreola, while not a director, is a shareholder of Erebus Capital Corp and will be helping Colin find, review and acquire a viable business for the company.
The private placement, will help the company meet the minimum shareholder requirement to go public. The opportunity will be on a first come, first serve basis.
