Jazz on Thursdays
beginning at 7 p.m.

Starting in July, the Jazz Room can be found in the lower level of Sawa's Old Warsaw with artwork, paintings, and stereo equipment to make your next meeting or private event a fun time for everyone.

Why a Jazz Room? The Brookfield Jazz Society (BJS) needed a new home to host their weekly meetings, presentations, movies, and live jazz events after losing their former home in Brookfield. In response, Stuart welcomed the BJS and created a place for them to conduct their activities. Now the BJS has a place to continue to grow and invite more people to enjoy an evening of Jazz. The best part is that the Jazz Room is available for rental the rest of the week for your next meeting or private party. Please ask your server for details.

Stop in on Tuesday, All Day, for Blueberry Pierogies, Blueberry Crepes (Blintzes), make your own Blueberry Sundaes, and compliment it with either a nice Blueberry Wine or Blueberry Beer.

» Event Survey Results

The results are in..

For the past couple of months the 2014 Events Survey has been online to receive input about Sawa's Old Warsaw, the Brookfield Jazz Society, and who would be interested in participating in one of our upcoming bus trips. As we did receiver some excellent feedback, we did not get enough people interested in any of our bus trips going to Polish Fest, White Sox Game, or the Arlington Million. However, all is not lost.

If you took the time to fill out the 2014 Event Survey and answered all of the questions, then you will get a separate email for a special discount offer just for the person who filled out the form and provided feedback.

For those who still want to attend the White Sox Game on August 5th, there is a group (Brookfield-Riverside Rotary Club) that is going that does have extra tickets for only $25 per person. Price is for lower level seats only. Transportation and parking not included. Please call Linda Sokal-Francis at 708-485-3437 (ask for Debbie) to sign-up right away.
