» 2014 Event Survey

Thanks For Your SupportVisit Our Survey Now!

Between Now and July 20th the 2014 Events Survey will be open to the public. We are looking to get a minimum of 25 people interested in either the White Sox Outing or Arlington Million Day at the Races events scheduled in August before buying any tickets or reserving the bus. By taking the survey you are not obligated to purchase tickets just in case something does come up, however you will get $5 off the ticket price. Not interested in either event? No problem! Take the survey to get a discount on your next meal.

Survey Update (as of July 7th):

White Sox Game: 10 (need 15 more)
Day at the Races: 1 (need 24 more)

Please note that if we DO NOT get at least 25 people interested in an event, then that event will be cancelled. Final results will be mention in the August newsletter and posted online.

Sue W. from Darien:
[Price Comparison] The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of food (and of course, the quantity) you get Sawa's. I'd like to know the names of the "other" Polish restaurants the other reviewer (June 2014 Newsletter) mentioned-because NO ONE can come close to price and quality you will find at Sawa's.
[Favorite Entree] You can't have ONE favorite. Impossible. Everything is just great. Such a variety, too.
[Least Favorite] Oxtail stew. Sorry, but I do not think the price of lunch on the first Wednesday of the month should be more because of this. It's really my least favorite of all.
[Drinks Offered] How about a milkshake? That will keep the kids quiet and out of the way of the adults trying to get their food from the buffet.
[Other Comments] Open up another Sawa's closer to my home, in the southwest suburbs.

Elizabeth L. from Naperville:
[Price Comparison] Your prices are good, reasonable I say
[Favorite Entree] I was there on a Sunday night most recently and I loved the duck!
[Least Favorite] Well I love a good salad bar, my only suggestion is this: would you consider cutting up the vegetables like the celery and radishes, no one wants to bite into a large radish, it is better to have them sliced and the celery cut small so you can enjoy them mixed into you salad, not for dipping! They are too large for a salad bar, just for dipping.
[Staff Change] Well maybe make sure someone keeps an eye on the carving items to make sure there is some meat carved to take, many times I see diners walk up then go sit down because no meat is left that has been carved
