Subject: Friend, [Podcast] Scale your business to make more income!

Friend,
I know you guys have heard us talk about the TON of mistakes we made getting into private practice and eventually working our way up to 6 figures in less than 2 years.

Early on I definitely wasn’t thinking about scaling my business to make more money.

In fact... I was just plotting and planning on taking the leap of faith to get out of community mental health.  I definitely learned a lot and am grateful for it, but I could no longer see myself living (barely) and dying in community mental health.

After I got my practice soaring and somewhat perfected (always room for improvement and adjustments, thank-you Google and Facebook for always changing your marketing, lol) I wanted more.  That is why Kate and I created The Private Practice Startup.

We wanted to scale and help others scale.  Nicole Liloia shares the same passion!

On this week’s podcast we talked with fellow private practice consultant Nicole Liloia, LCSW who is passionate about helping stressed out, overworked entrepreneurs scale their businesses.

Listen to the podcast as Nicole shares her 3 tips on how to scale:
  1. Have income foundation first i.e "Have enough clients so you can support yourself."
  2. Identify their problems.
  3. Create and test out different products.
