The 4 Ds help you with time mastery. They are: Do It, Dump It, Delay It, or Delegate It.
I was probably a lot like you, afraid to let go of things in the business because, “no one does it like I do.” Right!?! Wrong!
Having that mindset actually hampers your profitability as well as your freedom, flexibility and enjoyment in life.
In fact, there are plenty of people who do it better and quicker, so you can focus on your craft, providing services! You can’t tell me you got into private practice to become a bookkeeper, website manager, marketer, or tech gal. #JustSaying
Today I am constantly asking myself… "who can I have do this"? In fact, delegating, is one of my favorite things to do. I delegate things from household chores to business stuff.
