We wanted to take a moment to send out our sincerest #ThankYou for all the well-wishes and prayers that you have sent to The Private Practice Startup team as we prepared and endured Hurricane Irma.
We are happy to say that we are safe, cleaning up, and getting ready to get back to inspiring you from startup to mastery!
It may take us a a little bit to get back to 100% operational, but we are working on it.
The state of Florida has done an AMAZING job with the preparation (not to mention me with my hurricane panel putting up skills, lol) prior to the storm to help our state get back to running as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, for some, these past few weeks have not been so great. Hurricane Irma AND Hurricane Harvey have created a lot of damage, taken lives and homes.
If you are looking for ways to give back, we wanted to provide you with some resources. No donation is too small.
- The Red Cross has options to help both the victims of Hurricane Harvey and Irma.
- Our team members are proud animals lovers, the ASPCA has done a great job of helping shelter animals during the storms.
- There are plenty of other organizations that are out there to help the victims of these gigantic storms. To help you with you search, read this article from the NY Times to help avoid any scams that may be out there.
