We're back with another Level Up video and this time with our friend and collegue Ernesto Segismundo, LMFT and creator of Fylmit.com.  

There is this fear and scarcity mindset that is occurring for most of us at this time as many of us have caseloads that have plummeted along with our and our clients' financial income and security.

As therapists we have this innate desire to serve.

We CAN still serve even if clients aren't seeing us.

It is just going to be in different ways, perhaps for some of us in new ways.

It's time to be courageous and step into some of the places you have been avoiding (being online, video, social media, etc) to share what you know and how you can be helpful especially during this time.  

It's the small things that matter so much during this time.  

Ernesto and I chatted on how we can create content that serves from both our professional ethical obligation to inform the public of resources and information, but also from our niches and specialties.
