Hi Friend,
We don’t know who needs to hear this, but having a full client list and running a successful practice does not = seeing clients 8 hours a day, 5 days per week.
Seeing clients through the day, back-to-back is working IN your business.
If you do that all day every day, you’ll be exhausted with no time left to work ON your business.
That means no time or energy left for marketing, bookkeeping, systems, visionary work, or any of the other important things you need to do to make your practice flourish.
And if you still plan to see clients all day every day AND work ON your business, you’re heading for burnout.
Learning to be strategic about the way you prioritize your time and carve out your schedule is how you intentionally move the needle forward.
As a private practice business owner, you need to step back and implement systems that help the entire operation run smoothly and facilitate growth in your business.
It’s up to you to do the work, but you don’t have to do it alone. |
