When Kate and I started private practice we really wanted to develop a course that was the nuts and bolts of starting and growing your private practice.
Looking back at it, we realized that was a BIG and l..o..n..g difficult task.
Starting and building a private practice takes a year or more and that can leave many feeling tired and overwhelmed.
We had a moment of truth in one of our favorite restaurant Ethos. Let me take you back to that moment.
Katie (turns to Kate)- "How do you think things are going?"
Kate - "I think things are going great overall."
Katie - "I am not sure that they are great. I don't think we are offering #StartupNation Superheroes what they really want. People continue to ask us how to market and grow their dream practices."
We both walked from our meeting quiet and with something to think about.
When we reconvened we knew we had to serve the needs of our #StartupNation Superheroes and provide them with what they are really asking for.
That led us on a year and half journey plus $20K in trainings and education to enhance our own marketing skills, learning everything (and still do) about marketing.
And... THAT journey, led us to create what StartupNation Superheroes REALLY want!!!
