If you've struggled in private practice and thought about giving up, you'll want to listen to this episode with Dr. Kate Campbell and Dr. Kim Grocher - our private practice coach- as they interview Kati Cranmer, LPC.
Kati started her own private practice back in 2009, but struggled so much that she chose to shut down the practice and went back to community mental health.
She was overworked and burnt out so badly that she had grave consequences. She realized she needed to make a shift and during the pandemic, she decided to follow her dreams.
However, she was more intentional the second time around by starting her private practice with a lot more support, systems, and strategy in place.
Not only is she thriving as a fully-booked solopreneur, she's expanding into a group practice and offering retreats, speaking engagements and writing a book!
She now has the freedom, flexibility and financial stability to reclaim her joy and stay in alignment with her personal and family goals. We were so inspired by this episode and hope you will be too! CLICK HERE to listen in and enjoy! |
