So it was July and I was in CT visiting family for the 4th of July weekend.
I don’t talk too much about it (maybe sprinkles here and there if you listen to our podcast) but my spouse is in real estate, so that means I am too, by proxy, lol.
In fact, real estate interests me and I like to binge on podcasts about long term multi-family real estate investments out of area because that is our niche (totally can’t get away from what works right! At least I am practicing what we preach.)
So, while I was getting ready for our annual 4th of July family picnic I was listening to one of the podcasts on Bigger Pockets Podcast, and I checked out their website. They had this AWESOME Podcast Quick Guide. All their podcast topics were alphabetical by category.
I thought…
EUREKA - well I guess I would say that if I just found gold, but truth be told it was like finding gold, and then I thought…
OMG this would be so amazing for #StartupNation.
If it was super easy for me to find specific podcasts on specific topics that I was looking for.
So... if it was helpful for me, it would be the same for our Startup Nation Superheroes!
And…
Our Podcast Quick Reference Guide was born! It’s one page, right on our website that you can search topics by alphabetically by CATEGORY (no more wasting time flipping through website pages looking for a podcasts), are you thinking awesome, me too!!!!

It took us several months to complete this because OMG… TECHNOLOGY had its way with us. We got 75% of it completed NOT once BUT twice and then… TECH ISSUES. We had to take it down and start all over.
Are you feeling the same as we did, feeling like screaming obscenities or throwing your laptop across the room. Thanks for the empathy, we know you feel our pain!!!
We then did the smart thing and enrolled a website specialist our friend Daniel Fava of Create My Therapist Website to help us out (he is super stellar by the way). It helps when you follow your own advice about outsourcing to experts, duh!
Our hope is that you take the Quick Guide and find the podcasts you MOST need to help you build and grow your dream practice.
Plan some time out in your schedule to binge on them and take action of course! Don’t forget to spread the love to your friends and colleagues. Don’t keep this the best kept secret. “See you” on the podcast!
