If you aren't it is NEVER too early to think about hiring a virtual assistant or IC, well that is what my previous business coach told me. You know what I couldn't agree more!
Well, because I like to read laws, rules, and contracts I have learned a thing or 2 (well a lot more than that) about ICs vs. employees, paperwork you need, BAAs, intellectual property, blah blah blah.
