Subject: COVID-19 Crisis - Get Creative to Meet Your Clients' Needs

Friend,

We are definitely in a time of crisis and this is an opportunity to put our best foot forward.

It isn't going to always be perfect, look great or go as intended, but we're all doing the best way can.

In fact, here is a perfect example... Susan and I hopped on zoom, we intended to go live on FB, but FB had other plans, lol.

Susan has jumped in and doing some creative things in her practice to work around her clients' needs.

We thought we would share what she is doing in her practice to be flexible, continue to be of service and meet her clients where they are at.

Tips from the video:

· For parents at home with kids offer flexible session times – weekends and after
  kids go to bed

· Cost friendly sessions for a limited time

· Offer “mini sessions” 15 min or 30 min. sessions

· Update Therapy Directory Profiles (Good news Psych Today just updated a
section where you can let people know how you are serving them during the
  crisis).

· Reach out to your ad words company about telehealth

· Website pop up re: offering telehealth services
