Do you or have you ever felt overwhelmed by private practice? I can totally relate! OMG when I first started in private practice in 2010 I was doing EVERYTHING and I was EXHAUSTED!
Hello, hamster in the hamster wheel.
I thought if I could just do more, faster, harder it would all work out.
When it came to marketing I was trying to do it all with a very nice strategic plan of “pray and spray” or “ready, fire, aim”.
Somehow I was getting results, but I was working day in day out especially doing the dance from full time work to private practice, yes, you know EXACTLY what I am talking about. You might be doing that now!
Well, eventually I got my act together and made some super serious changes to streamline my business and marketing, connect with myself spiritually, get grounded, get clear, get support and so much more.
In this podcast Sarah shares 3 tips to reducing the overwhelm. We chatted about how to help therapists attend to their own needs while attending to others’ needs. So if you are just starting out and taking a very different approach then I did, yes please learn from my mistakes, or you are feeling overwhelmed and need some help join us!
