The WIN 4 MASTER LIST for NY and OH (ADVANCED)

(This stuff is pretty advanced. I assume here that
you understand how my ABCDE coding system works.
If you dont, email me with SEND ABCDE REPORTS
on the subject line of your email and I will email you
a few reports that explain the system. Read those
first and then read this email).

I just realized that if we isolate the hottest letter
in the formula (in the Win 4 numbers that hit in
the last 12 months) that will give us the two
hottest digits in the Win 4 game for any state.

For example, in both New York and Ohio
the hottest letter is A, which corresponds
to digits 0 and 1.

This means that these are the digits most likely
to hit as DOUBLES and TRIPLES since they hit
the most times.

Secondly, if we identify the hottest SEVEN digits
in the game (using the same process; using the
Win 4 numbers that hit in the last 12 months),
we can then reduce the playlist for each double
down to 15 numbers. The playlist for the triples
can be reduced down to just 6 numbers.

I will explain this entire process in a Kindle
I will be putting up for OHIO soon. The
Kindle will be up in a week or two. I dont have
the time to do this for every state (but I will
do it for TEXAS, NORTH CAROLINA, and
a few other states).

However, if you see what I do for Ohio (just read
the Kindle and follow my example), you can copy
what I do and do the same thing for your state.

The basic steps are these...

(1) Identify the hottest letters in the formulas
in the last 12 months (hottest to coldest).

(2) This will tell you what are the two hottest
digits (example; if D is the hottest letter,
then digits 6 and 7 are the hottest digits and 66xx
and 77xx are the hottest DOUBLES and 666x and
777x are the hottest TRIPLES in that state. Then..

(3) Identify the hottest SEVEN digits (the
top three letters + one more digit = SEVEN hot digits).
This limits the playlist of the DOUBLES and TRIPLES
because the remaining digits will usually be a
combination of these digits.

EXAMPLE: The hottest digits in NEW YORK and
OHIO are 01-67-45-9 (or letters A, D, C and digit 9.
The hottest letter is A (digits 0-1).
This means that the two hottest doubles in
both NY and OH are 00xx and 11xx.

This means that the last two digits (in both
00xx and 11xx) are most likely a combination
of 0167459.

This reduces the playlist for the doubles to
just 15 doubles and the triples list to just 6
numbers (explained in the Kindle).

Therefore (good for both NY and OH):

30 doubles (15 + 15) in the Win 4 game and 12 triples
(6 + 6) which is a total of 42 master numbers.
I just gave you the master list for both NY and OH.

I do for OHIO to come up with the master list for
your state.

And again...I will come up with the master list for
TEXAS and NORTH CAROLINA (plus a few other states)
within a couple of weeks.
