QUESTION I JUST GOT
Can you send me the excel sheet you said you would
send out? It is a Pick-3 sheet based on your observation
regarding pair 79. Your email said that this pair is good
for ALL STATES. I am in Connecticut.


MY RESPONSE
No.

That is no longer true.

I found out that each state must be coded separately
to identity the hottest pair in that state (one finds the
hottest pair by coding the last 20 to 25 weeks...ideally
the last 25 weeks).

In other words, each state has its own hot pair.

Once one identifies the hottest pair, one can then
find the 7 codes that hit the most with that pair; this
creates the Lucky 7 numbers (when using the top
two pairs, you end up with the Lucky 14 numbers).

That is why I now have Lucky 7 programs for
several states (the programs for Arkansas,
Florida, and Texas will be added soon):
