I have some EXCITING News!

I just found out that the hot Pick 3 pair that the
Lucky-7 numbers are based on is different for
each state.

In other words, the Lucky-7 System works better
if I code each state by itself to identify what
is the hottest pair in that specific state.

I have stated that the hottest pair in the
codes for the Pick 3 game in New York is
pair 79 - but that is not the hottest pair
in say, North Carolina.

The hottest pair in the North Carolina Pick 3
game is pair 47; this means that in the 40 number
distribution, the digits in positions 4 and 7
tend to hit together in the next 7 days over
and over again.

North Carolina for Saturday JAN 26 is this:
