I will start using a new strategy.

The strategy will be this:
I will look at the Hit Report looking
for those states that have not shown
a hit in the last 3 WEEKS.

These are the states that will most
likely get a hit in the next 7 days.

(If there is no state with 3 losing weeks,
I will pick one of the states with no hits
in the last 2 weeks.)

I will personally be playing these numbers
myself because based on what I have seen
in the past, these states will GET A HIT
in the next 7 days (or 2 or 3 hits actually).

I can do this because I have a 5dimes
account (you can play any state from
5dimes).
