Subject: Coding Percentage VS Actual Percentage

The percentages that I have been giving out for the programs do not work.

I said that the Texas Win 4 program is based on codes that hit 50% of the
time; but if you back test the program or if you see if any of the numbers
hit day to day, you will quickly see that the program does NOT hit 50% of
the time. Same thing for New York; the numbers do not hit 60% of the time.

What I now see is that there are two percentages.

There is a Coding Percentage, which is the only percentage I have
mentioned so far. The Coding Percentage is based on how many times
a specific set of codes hit. You always want this to be as high as
possible. These are the hottest codes in the last 6 to 12 months.
I base my programs on these hot codes.

The other type of percentage is the Actual Percentage, which is
how many times the codes are ACTUALLY hitting right now. And as
it turns out, the Actual Percentage is LESS than the Coding Percentage.

How do you determine the Actual Percentage?

In other words, how do you know the actual number of times that
a group of codes is hitting right now?

I will answer this question next Sunday in Book-76.

I suggest you join one my programs to get this Book because
it will not be free.
