===NC and OHIO===

The new Win 4 programs for North Carolina and Ohio will be up
today or tomorrow in the Gold section.

I particularly want to see the Ohio program (see the end of Book-76).

It should work even better than the New York program.



===NEW SYSTEM====

I just came up with a new strategy where one classifies
a state by its STATUS.

It is best to use this system while tracking at least two states (this
tracking requires the use of my Win 4 programs).

For example, as of last night, New York had 3 losing days (the last hit
came on Wednesday).

So New York had no hits on Thu, Fri, and Sat.

This means that New York has a 3D status (3 due days).

If I was tracking another state (I am planning to track and play both
New York and OHIO), I would compare the status of both games
and I would play the state with the *highest* status.

So if NY is 3D right now and Ohio is 4D, I would play Ohio today.

If NY is 4D and Ohio is 2D, I would play New York today.

The idea here is to always play the state that has gone the
longest time without a hit.

This will be super easy soon because I will have the Win 4
program up for SEVERAL states!

The Win 4 programs for Virginia and Georgia will be up
in about a week!

Oh....there is a good chance that the OHIO program
will be a regular program (Gold membership NOT required).



====0062 Just Hit New York===

When a state gets a hit TODAY, it is in status 0 (0D).

0026 is on the list for NY today on the New York program
so NY is at status 0D right now.
