Updated Pair Rules

DUE PAIR RULE 1: Do NOT play due pairs that have a 6 or a 9
(example: 16, 29, 36, 59, etc.). These pairs tend to flip. For example,
due pair 29 will hit as 26 and pair 39 will hit as 36 (Rule 69; see below).
For example, pair 06 became the most due pair in SOUTH CAROLINA
on June 6. The pair hit as 09 in 095 on June 8. Pair 09 hit again in 509
on June 25. Pair 06 finally hit a MONTH later on July 4 in the number
600. This means that if someone started playing due pair 06 in
South Carolina on June 6, they would have had to wait for a MONTH
for the pair to hit on July 4 (600).

DUE PAIR RULE 2: Only play pairs with a 6 or a 9 if you are willing to
play BOTH sets of pairs (example: 46 and 49). However, this means
playing 20 numbers (10 per pair). That is way too many numbers to play.
So follow Rule 1; avoid playing the pair in the first place.
NOTE: Pair 69 is OK because it has both digits.

RULE 69 states that 6 tends to flip and hit as 9 and 9 tends to flip and
hit as 6. So if your workout tells you that 346 will hit, you better play
349 as well. If you think that 129 will hit, you better play 126 too.

stick to “hot numbers” that don’t have a 6 or a 9 (124, 358, 578, etc.).
Numbers with both 6 and 9 are OK because they have both digits
