The daily hits program is good for daily hits.

The problem is that it has alot of numbers...
...so you will have to narrow down the list.

Just focus on the 8 SINGLES (remove the doubles):

STRATEGY #2
Pick 4 of the 8 singles.
You have a 50% chance of hitting if a single hits.
(singles hit 72% of the time in the Pick 3 game).
Example: 590 591 597 598

STRATEGY #3
You can use this strategy ANY time in ANY state.
You just need to know what is the most due pair.
Just pick 4 of the 8 singles for the most due pair.
You have a 50% chance of hitting when that pair
hits and if it hits as a single (which will be most
of the time).
