I said that based on my coding system, the two hottest
pairs in New York this week (Feb 25 to March 3) are
98 and 38.

The pair 98 hit on Wednesday (Feb 28): 988

Pair 38 hit today; 803 hit this evening!

This has been happening for a while: the two hottest pairs
predicted by my coding system hit week after week.

You will be able to identify the two hottest pairs in your
state as well...right after you learn my coding system.
