MY RESPONSE
The top 3 pairs in NY this week are 04, 01, 46
(I got these pairs using the system I explain in Book-4).

Notice that there are only four digits here: 0, 4, 1, 6.

These digits (from the 3 HOT pairs) when wheeled give
you just four numbers: 014, 016, 046, 146.

One or more of these numbers have hit New York in the next
7 days in previous weeks.

In other words:
Once you identify the top 3 pairs in a state, you can
wheel the digits that make up those pairs to come up with a
short list of SUPER hot numbers (and ideally, you only want
to see 4 or 5 unique digits in those pairs).

However, whenever you see a 6, you have to add a 9.
And when you see a 9 you have to add a 6 because these
digits tend to flip; a 9 will most likely hit instead of the 6 and
vice versa.

So I actually have to wheel five digits this week for New York:
0, 4, 1, 6, 9.. You will get 10 numbers when you wheel these
five digits; the same ones I sent out.

I will give you the "secret" of the 8 numbers right now.
All you need is the 40 number distribution. So enter the
last 40 numbers that hit your state starting from the last
number that hit on Saturday night (June 16) into any
of these 4 programs:

Just write out the numbers sequentially.

The first number in the distribution is 901.

9 0 1 8 2
5 7 3 4 6

Then 018, 182, 825, 257, 573, 734, and 346.
Thats 8 numbers.

There is a GOOD chance that one or more of these
8 numbers will hit New York this week (Sun June 17
to Sat June 23).

Do this for your state as well.
