Premier Health of America Inc. is pleased to announce that it has acquired, through a wholly owned federally incorporated subsidiary 12751232 Canada Inc. (“AcquisiCo”), 100% of the outstanding shares of Solutions Nursing L.F.C. Inc. and Formation Solutions Nursing Inc. for a total consideration of C$2,700,000 payable in cash as more fully detailed below.
