A forum for sparking the conversations and connection to new ideas and methods that aids in the County’s transformation.
Prince Georges County, Maryland continues to experience considerable community and economic development changes that are enabling the sustainment of an economically vibrant community where people LIVE, WORK, EAT, CONVENE, CONNECT and PLAY. As the County transforms, the Prince Georges County Social Innovation Fund (PGCSIF) firmly supports the belief that the 21- 45 year old demographic will be key resource to help quickly bring innovative solutions to a broad range of community and economic development challenges. The PGCSIF plans to host a series of events that raises awareness of the transformation plans for the County and engages this demographic in a meaningful way.
Our First event focuses on our increasing partnership with the Prince Georges County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) so join us on July 21st 2015 for a Cup of Joe with Jim Coleman to new CEO of the EDC and contribute to the discussion on the direction of Prince Georges’ County Economy.
