Hope all is well and you're having a great Sunday! Things have been a little hectic
with the team build, mostly because members are not communicating with me and
sending me their user id.  It's crazy!! I have deleted a few people because they didn't
confirm their join status and then they get upset when they don't see their name on the
spread sheet. They send me an email asking why they were removed so then I have to 
go back and re-update and move people. It just gets crazy!!
    
We have also had members that were sending me their user id but they didn't join
through the team link, they were already members so I have had to slowly weed
these folks out as well.  

Please, it is very important that if you were sent a team link, you only have 24
hours before the link expires. Once you get the link, please, either upgrade quickly
or email me back if you're NOT going to join. That way, we can move forward.
If you did upgrade, I need you to send me your user id and proof of upgrade so
I can mark you as an upgraded member and get you in line for 2 referrals.

If you did not upgrade through a team link that I sent you, you're not eligible
to be on our team. I can have you moved under someone in our team as long
as you do not have anyone under you. If you have someone under you, we won't
be able to move you. If you have friends or family that is in Penny Pays and
they're not happy with their current position, have them send me an email with
their user id and I can request to have them moved under someone in our team.
Let people know that we're actively building and putting members in our down
lines.  Lets take advantage of our build Friend. I don't see a lot of advertising
from others, promoting Penny Pays so lets take advantage of that and get the 
word out there that there is an active team, and we're growing.

I would like to thank all those that are promoting the team! You guys are really
starting to get our link out there and we're getting hits to our team link. Lets keep
it up!! We can do this! With that said, I have added our advertising stats to the
spread sheet. So now, you can see a total number of daily hits we have had for the last
week as well as where our link has been advertised. I will update this on every 
Sunday.    

If anyone is interested in starting a Facebook Group (Which we should have) for our
build, let me know. You must be willing to be the admin and over see it as I don't
have the time but can help admin from time to time. Send me an email if interested.

Many thanks goes out to members that are active and helping! It really is appreciated
when it is just me doing all the work. Every little bit helps! I also want to give a special
thanks to Kadrija Prsic. Kadrija has been instrumental in helping me to keep the integrity
of our team build in check.  Thanks again Kadrija!

Finally, we have 22 links in pending status, waiting for members to take action. Most
of these will be deleted, later today so please, go to the spread sheet and if you see your
name in yellow, that means I have sent you a join link and you should search your email
for it. If you can't find it, I can send it again. Just know that most of the pending links 
will be deleted today so TAKE ACTION! If you changed your mind and would like
another join link, let me know. I can add you back to the spread sheet.    

In closing, please folks, you need to take this serious! You have a chance to earn serious
money here, month, after month but we have to want it. We have a special opportunity
here where ANYONE can earn money if they have a facebook account with just 50 friends.
Once the "Earn and Share" program starts, people will realize how powerful it will be and
people will join Penny Pays by the thousands! Remember, this has never been done before
so the "Earn and Share" is exclusive to Penny Pays. It will be about advertising too! just
think, getting your link on thousands of facebook users wall.  That's huge!! Are you excited
yet Friend? You should be. Penny Pays will be the talk of the web, very soon and
we'll be there to take advantage of it.
