Former Approachable Leadership intern Cameron Brown's dissertation was published. And Phil got the happiest of surprises last week when he received a bound copy in the mail. The dissertation is titled:
Leader Approachability: What Is It? What Is It Good For? And Who Needs It?
You'll hear more about this dissertation and the research contained in it as the year goes on. But for now, can we all give a virtual high five for Cameron?! Doctoral dissertations are no small feat. And we are very proud.
