We continue to track elections since the Board resumed them a few weeks ago. As expected, election details are all over the map depending on the region and in some cases the type of establishment covered. Additionally, there have been some interesting legal maneuvers attempted to avoid mail ballots. You can see the latest updates here:

Zoom meeting, so we are updating the web page based on emails, personal discussion I’ve had, and RD decisions (of course). If you have an update on a case you are working (or any interesting arguments you’ve made that others might want to consider) please reply and let us know your development and the region the case is in. We are updating the page any day there is news.
Last, since many regions are demanding mail ballots (even over the objections of BOTH parties!) we developed an explainer-style video on the mechanics of a mail ballot election suitable for sharing with employees.
