It's a done deal!  The rule is out, and you can download the PDF at this page of the Federal Register.

The final rule does exempt certain activities of survey firms and employee associations, but in most other respects it is as anticipated.  We'll do a thorough review and then provide a webinar to update you on the final version of the rule and its impact.

We'll also post that webinar and all updates about the rule to the page on our site so you can bookmark that page as a reference.
