Joining the LRI Team – Danine Clay, Chief of Staff

We are excited to announce the addition of Danine Clay as the new Chief of Staff for the Labor Relations Institute (LRI). Danine joins us effective September 1st. Danine brings a fresh

approach, performance-driven analytics, years of executive leadership, and labor management

consulting experience to the team at LRI.

Danine’s role as my right hand will be to support LRI with business development, marketing, client relations, performance analytics, professional development, and assisting our clients with labor and positive employee relations.

Danine is a graduate of Brown University and received her Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law. She brings years of executive leadership, labor management experience, and a focus on performance-driven analytics and diversity and inclusion to LRI.

Mike Perkins, who has been serving as Chief of Staff in an interim capacity, has transitioned to a new role as LRI Corporate Counsel.

As a client of LRI, you will be hearing from Danine, but until you do, please join me in welcoming her to the team. Speaking with her will be like speaking with me.

Best Regards,

Phil Wilson
