| More than half the people in the U.S. don't like their jobs.
Does that number surprise you? No? Us neither. Unfortunately it's pretty in line with our experience consulting for companies across the U.S.
Even here, there are days when it's obvious a member of our team would rather be someone else (and I'd be lying if I didn't include myself in that group). But do we show up anyway? Yes we do.
Our thought is this: if you're going to show up, might as well make the most of it.
