1. NLRB Webinar: Next week the NLRB is holding a webinar explaining the new election rules that go into effect on May 31, 2020. Nobody seemed to be able to find a working link to sign up. Our intrepid Mike Perkins found this one (I signed up and it appears to work).
2. First Manual Ballot Election? Yesterday we heard about the first manual ballot election that we know of during the pandemic. Based on what we've heard we believe this is the case:
