Do you resistant change or embrace it?
Most of us are somewhere in the middle. We're resistant when the change is forced on us. But when we've decided to make a change for ourselves or for our team, we can get pretty gung-ho about it. All of a sudden you discover energy that may as well have been in hibernation.
