Subject: Breaking News: Supreme Court to Vote on Public Sector Right to Opt-Out

The Supreme Court is once again poised to hear arguments surrounding whether government employees should be forced to pay for collective bargaining if they have already declined union representation.

The Court was expected to rule against public sector unions last year in a similar case when Justice Antonin Scalia died, putting the court in deadlock. Now, a new case has been added to the docket and since it was already established that this issue is within the Supreme Court's jurisdiction, most expect the Court to take on the case.

Furthermore, they expect newly-appointed Justice Neil Gorsuch to vote in favor of an employee's right to choose.
