We’ve spent a lot of time in the trenches with first-level supervisors and managers over the last ten years, helping them become better leaders.

Now it’s your turn! We have decided to provide our world-class Approachable Leadership Learning System content to our client HR and labor relations leaders, at our expense.

About every six months we’ll offer one of our workshops. If you have already participated in that particular workshop, you may send one of your colleagues to the training in your place.

Participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so act quickly to grab a seat. We can handle about 30 participants in each workshop.

The workshops will be delivered virtually via Zoom, in three 90-minutes sessions running from 2:00 – 3:30 Central time on 3 consecutive days.

For our first event, we will offer the second workshop in the ALLS series. This workshop takes a deeper dive into three ideas presented in the flagship Approachable Leadership Workshop, including new tools for helping with problem-solving and decision making.

Dates are June 4th, 5th and 6th.
