You know that feeling when you're talking to someone about something meaningful to you and then suddenly you realize they're not listening...
How did that make you feel?
"Meaningful" could translate to a lot of things. Maybe it's your opinion on the strategy behind a new project. Maybe this person actually just asked you about your weekend (and then immediately looked at their phone...it happens).
Meaning is unique to the individual and the situation. And we don't get to decide what matters to someone else.
