Celebrate the festive season with a delicious three-course lunch in the Strangers’ Restaurant at Parliament House.
 
Located within the historic Macquarie Street precinct, this heritage-listed building is rich in history and full of hidden surprises. The majestic Strangers’ Restaurant overlooking the beautiful Domain provides the public with a rare opportunity to experience fine dining at Parliament House.  
 
The three course set menu for only $72 per person includes an entree, a main and dessert, followed by tea & coffee and festive petit fours. Matching wines are also available on request.
The very talented and passionate culinary team at Parliament House are proud to support local farmers and showcase a wide range of local delicacies.
 
Seats are limited and bookings are essential. A credit card is required as a guarantee for this package.
 
Begins Monday 23 November until Thursday 19 December 2020.
 
Available Monday to Thursday from 12 pm to 3pm, with the last seating at 2pm.

Visitors to the building can experience key moments in the history of Australian politics whilst exploring the magnificent collection of historic artefacts, priceless art and precious antiques.
 
The Nikon-Walkley Awards for Excellence in Photojournalism is currently on display in the Fountain Court. The
Awards recognise the work of photographers across a range of genres, from news and sport to portraiture and photographic essays. This exhibition reflects on the year in news, through the individual worldviews and skilled camerawork of Australia’s best photographers.
