Happy New Year to you. Hope you and your family had a great Christmas break.
I don't know about you, but does this grey weather seem to be dragging on a bit? And what happened to this three month frozen winter we were promised was going to hit? I've seen nothing but wind and rain!
Anyhow, we've been busy at work trying to colourise the grey, packing in loads of fun for you for 2014, so I thought you might appreciate a heads up. I've got the team working on twelve special events for you this year and the first is in just two weeks time...
So if you have a young family, or fancy a fun afternoon out to break up the grey weekends... We've got a treat for you.
On Saturday 1st February, we've organised an afternoon of arts, crafts, food, drink, dragon boat tours, floating lanterns and even fireworks... all themed around the Chinese New Year. It's going to be great fun, especially if you have a young family and we are supporting the Little Green Wiggly Machine (check them out here) who will be cooking up a wonderful Chinese Noodle Soup for us.
Tickets are available now from reception, but limited in number, so get in early if you don't want to miss out. Only £10 for individuals, or £35 for a family ticket..... Chinese New Year
