In today's episode of "The Good Parts," I want to share something that has been a life-changer for me as an entrepreneur.

This is specifically for my entrepreneur friends who use an iPhone. However, even if you don't use an iPhone, knowing about this productivity tip can still benefit you.

Yesterday, I went skiing with one of my best friends, Andrew, and it might have been the best day of skiing in my entire life.

The powder was deep, the temperature was perfect, and Andrew challenged me by taking me on the most advanced runs of the ski resort.

Andrew is an entrepreneur, and the other night, I told him about this productivity tip.

While we were on the ski lift, I noticed he wasn't applying the tip I shared with him yet. He was using his thumbs to type long texts about business tasks.

I said, "Hey dude, you should turn on voice control and give it a shot."

He commented on how hard it is to change habits and then started using this tip I had shared with him.

By the end of the day, he was loving it.

He was saving a huge amount of time, getting his texts written and sent much faster, and enjoying having his face out of his phone more.

The tip is simply to learn how to use voice dictation with your technology, so you don't have to be typing novels with your thumbs.

Andrew mentioned to me that he had tried voice dictation before but wasn't impressed with the accuracy.

I have felt his pain.

That being said, there are two premium voice dictation options available that most people don't know about.

If you have an iPhone, one of these options comes free with your phone, but most people don't know how to turn it on and use it.

I show you how to do that in today's video.

It's not the normal microphone button you can press inside your applications.

This is something you have to turn on in your settings, and yes, the quality is far superior.

If you have a different kind of phone or even a Windows operating system like I do on my desktop PC, there is another option available, although it costs money.

Regardless, you can learn about them both in today's video and see which one is right for you.

I can't even begin to tell you how much easier this has made my life in my business.
