Terrific Tuesday Friend!
So I was listening to Episode 2 of my new podcast in the gym this morning and I heard myself telling myself what to do when things aren't working.
Only thing is, I realized I left something out.
In the podcast I said to ask yourself...
Is the thing I'm doing the wrong thing to be doing on my journey to my goal? Is the thing I'm doing the right thing - only I'm doing it wrong?
And the 3rd one (the one I left out)...
3. Am I doing the right thing and in the right way - but just haven't been doing it long enough?
Those 3 questions can really help you hone in on why something might not be working yet.
