At our last event something funny happened.
One of my friends & customers, Pas Simpson, grabbed the mic & told a strange story that I'd forgotten about.
He said that one day, I called him on the phone and told him to cancel.
For REALZ Friend.
He said I asked him why in the heck he was still paying for a product that he wasn't using and for a business he wasn't building.
He went on to say that he told me "Paul, the reason I'm paying for this still, is because you've given me so much value in the past, that I want to support you in what you're doing, even if I'm not using it."
This story taught me a powerful lesson.
People will purchase, and continue to pay for things they're not using, if they have recieved (or recieve) value from the person delivering the thing.
This is a powerful aspect to being able to retain customers and business partners in any home based business.
