I just published a new video on YouTube.

This video is about a comp plan I helped create, so that part may not be 100% relevant to what you're doing BUT, inside the video I share 3 super important things to be aware of that are good to know regardless of what company you're building with.

The first one is about the hidden strategies companies use to pretend like they are paying their reps great commissions while at the same time, keeping tons of that money for themselves.

There are a number of ways companies do this and I reveal most (if not all of them in this video). Look for the part of the video where I introduce the B word and you'll know you're in the right spot.

The second thing to be sure to know about is the 'P word' part of the video where I share a principle that shows up, not just in home biz, but in many other aspects of life. I heard a world renowned scientist talk about how this principle shows up in economics and biology and even the physics of the known universe.

If you grasp this universality of this concept, it may make a BIG difference in what you decide to build, OR even how you decide to build it. Being aware of this 'P word' has helped me to understand the facts about people and therefore, where I can focus most of my time to produce the greatest returns.

And finally, if you do decide to watch this video, you'll also hear a little story about an attorney we hired that shows how sometimes, even experts can be DEAD wrong. Stories like this always help inspire me to tune in more closely to my own heart and intuition and hopefully it can do the same for you.
