I read somewhere recently that success is 20% how and 80% why.
If this is true, (and I think it is) one of the most powerful things you could ever learn is how to inspire, motivate and encourage yourself as to WHY you might want to do the things that are going to help you continue to create your better future.
As you may know, if you've been tuning into my recent content, I've been studying and practicing language patterns in an effort to learn how to better influence myself and others to do good things in life and business.
In today's video, I share with you some examples from my practice session this morning of 3 language patterns I used to persuade myself to go to the gym and workout.
Since I got back from our event a month or so ago, we've had some little colds hanging around our house, and I found myself in a bit of a slump when it comes to my health game.
This video contains what I said to myself and why I said it to get inspired and excited to get into the gym and get it done today.
My feeling is that these language patterns are SUPER powerful for many, many reasons, and yes I do believe they will make us better in business too.
