Another great day to be alive isn't it?
First, some great news. I reached episode 100 on my daily social media show "The Good parts."
Yee HAW and Yippee Kai YEAH!!! My friend Amy reminded me today to celebrate all the small wins so I'm doing that with you right now.
Also, I wanted to say thank you! If you have watched any of my videos you've helped me to stay motivated to keep going with these.
If you've commented or sent me a kind word of encouragement, you've helped me to stay motivated to reach this milestone.
So while yes, I do feel this is an accomplishment that I deserve to celebrate, it just wouldn't feel right to celebrate without all those who helped me to get here - which is likely YOU Friend, so once again, thank you!
The other day I was reflecting on the opening of my episodes where I say that the goal of these shows is to help myself and others create more freedom, goodness, happiness & joy in life and business.
I realized that I should probably touch on happiness & joy a little more specifically.
So Friend, today's episode is 100% dedicated to 1 simple thing you can do each morning that is scientifically proven to produce more happiness each and every day.
There is something else we can do in place of this, that most people probably do instead, that is almost guaranteed to produce more worry, anxiety and fear in your life.
How do I know?
Because I've done my own little scientific test on myself and predictibly, I conclude that the one thing produces the one effect (the better one) and the other produces the other (the worse one).
And it may be that you already know what I talk about in this video, intellectually, but you're human (like me) and find yourself getting out of the habit or being sucked into the psychological mind traps created by companies with billions of dollars to spend on their sinister goal.
